Oral and poster presentation guidelines

General points

  1. The authors selected for oral presentation will be intimated through email by Oct 28, 2024. Those who did not get email for oral presentation means they are selected for poster presentation.
  2. All the presenter must be present at valedictory function. In case of absence the award will not be conferred.
  3.  In case of the author is life member of IES,  must mention Life Member number in his/her presentation

ORAL Presentation Guidelines

  1. The presenter must be present during whole session. Absentees during team visit will not be considered for certificate for oral presentation. The presenter must present the same work which is published in the abstract.
  2. Presenter is requested to upload the presentation in PC before schedule time of start of particular session. Please check the venue ofyour particular session.
  3. Please prepare the PowerPoint slides. The presentation time is 6-8 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion. Taking time more 8 minutes will be lead to disqualification of participants for consideration of award.
  4. The following headings in the presentation are suggested: Background of the work, Scope of the work, Methodology, Result and Conclusions. The authors are free to present in their own way.
  5. Please save the presentation file name as ‘Theme No_AbstractNo_Presenting Author’s Full Name” (e.g. T3_1051_Geetika Banta).

POSTER Presentation Guidelines

Poster Size

  1. The poster should not exceed the size of 86 cm Width x 116 cm Height (34 inch width x 40 inch height).

Presentation

  1. The authors are required to put their posters before the start of poster session. The abstract number will be fixed by organisers on poster panel.
  2. The presenter must be present throughout the poster session as judge panel will visit you to assess your poster. Absentees during team visit will not be considered for award and certificate for poster presentation.
  3. At the end of poster session, the authors are required to remove their posters in a timely way to allow the author of the next session to put up their respective posters. The organiser bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of the poster on display at the Conference.
