Submission of the extended abstract and payment of the registration fee for the Conference is the prerequisite for submitting a full length paper.
Full papers submitted will be rejected if at least one of the authors has not registered for the conference and paid registration fee. Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic preprint, ).
