Poster Title: The title should brief. Please capitalize the first letter of the first word ONLY, except acronyms or abbreviations in which strict upper or lower case letters are essential

Author Name(s): Names should be written as first name, middle initial (if needed), last name. Please indicate the presenting author with an “*” at the end of the name. Include the email address of the presenting author.

Author Information: Include departments/institutions/companies, city, state/province, and country

Poster size: Limit poster size to a maximum of  80 cm X100 cm, to be attached to a display board.

PDF files: Pdf or JPG or JPEG format of  file of the poster to be presented in the conference  should be uploaded. File should be less than 500KB

Poster Award

First Place, Second Place and Third Place for each poster session. Besides , consolation prize each for each poster session

Note: How to compress photo: Open your photo in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Go to picture and select “Compress Picture…” Keep on compressing till it reaches less than 500 KB. Save your photo with a different file name ( JPG or JPEG format)  so that you don’t overwrite your original photo file
