The delegates who register for accommodation after the said date can not be assured of accommodation and conference kit. 1. We prefer NEFT/RTGS transfer of registration fee. 
2. Please ensure to enter your name in pay-in slip if you are  depositing cash for transfer of registration fee  to Indian Ecological Society JK Chapter, and send  a scanned copy of the same to us. 
3. After uploading your extended abstract  or success story , confirmation mail  and file number will  automatically go to your email inbox. Please check into junk or spam mail folders, in case it is not found in your inbox.
4. Please keep the file name short (for example “Extended abstract”) to avoid any technical error  while uploading. 
5. No submissions by email will be entertained. Submission requires uploading at Conference website www.iesconf.com under“SUBMISSION”
6. Submission of the extended abstract and payment of the registration fee for the Conference is the prerequisite for submitting a full length paper.
7. Last date for submission of full papers for the conference volume of the Indian Journal of Ecology is over. However, the submissions after 30.11.2015 will be processed for the next volume of the Indian Journal of Ecology provided the extended abstract of the full length paper has been uploaded and registration fee for attending the conference has been paid. No full length paper will be entertained after 15.12.2015.
